The Administration and Finance Committee is a committee with the primary responsibility of auditing/monitoring more so than an operational focus. The committee members include the Tresasurer, also the committee chair, President, Past-President, Auditor, and the Executive Director/Registrar.
The Admin & Finance Committee reviews and recommends the budget as prepared by the Executive Director to the rest of the Board for ratification. The committee also reviews the annual financial statements with the auditor, and recommends the appointment of an auditor to conduct the review of financial statements. This committee is also responsible to make recommendations to the Board of Directors with all matters financial.
