Certains comit\u00e9s sont compos\u00e9s d&rsquo;un groupe de personnes pr\u00eates \u00e0 nous aider lorsque le besoin s&rsquo;en fait sentir, tandis que d&rsquo;autres si\u00e8gent \u00e0 des comit\u00e9s qui se r\u00e9unissent plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Nous invitons tous nos membres en r\u00e8gle \u00e0 nous envoyer un formulaire de manifestation d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat afin de nous indiquer les comit\u00e9s auxquels ils souhaiteraient participer. Nous faisons \u00e9galement appel, de temps \u00e0 autre, \u00e0 des membres du public pour nous rejoindre au sein de nos comit\u00e9s. responsabilit\u00e9 l&rsquo;audit\/le suivi, plus qu&rsquo;une orientation op\u00e9rationnelle. Il examine et recommande le budget pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par le directeur ex\u00e9cutif au reste du conseil d&rsquo;administration en vue de sa ratification. Le comit\u00e9 examine \u00e9galement les \u00e9tats financiers annuels avec l&rsquo;auditeur et recommande la nomination d&rsquo;un auditeur pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;examen des \u00e9tats financiers. Ce comit\u00e9 est \u00e9galement charg\u00e9 de faire des recommandations au conseil d&rsquo;administration sur toutes les questions financi\u00e8res.
