Discipline committee and Fitness to Practise committee
In accordance with the PANB Bill-66, Bylaws and Policies, the discipline committee and fitness to practise committees hold the authority to publish information about any discipline and fitness to practise hearing not held in private; therefore, not all decisions may be published or published in their entirety.
All decisions will be posted according to PANB requirements under Bill-66.
26(10) Where a Committee makes an order under sub-section (9), the Committee may, by order, do one or more of the following:
(a) direct the Registrar to give public notice of any order by the Committee that the Registrar is not other-wise required to give under this Act; or
(b) direct the Registrar to enter into the records of the Association the result of the proceeding before the Committee and to make the result available to the public.
