Member 2020

The Fitness to Practise Committee (“Committee”) of the Paramedic Association of New
Brunswick by a decision dated November 5, 2020 found a Member guilty of professional
misconduct for the theft of medication, his improper administration and personal use without a prescription or authorization.

The Committee ordered that:

1. the Member be reprimanded and the reprimand stay on the Association’s file for two
   (2) years;

2. he Member pay a fine of $500 and costs of $1000.
